So, to write this post, I was going to find a photo of a Powerful Black Womb-man when it occurred to me, after 50yrs of being used to thinking of myself as a PERMANENT VICTIM of my appetite - it occurred to me that that was

ME!!!

OMG!!! HOW THE HECK DID THIS HAPPEN? I've become what I used to hopelessly believe was the Miraculous, Mysterious Blessing granted other Women, but never for me.

Well, I'm not here to sell You a darn thing, or invite You to join my spa. I ain't got one, and what did this for my body is a gift from Allah, not some pill or 'special' concoction for half Your life's savings. Nope. It was, and IS, The ALMIGHTY'S readily available HEALING L-I-V-I-N-G FOOD (and that means, unless You're ready to munch down on a breathing chicken, No FLESH, including eggs, milk and cheese). With that food I began my journey from size 22 to a now 3 yr STEADY with EASE - size 6. 

Here's the trick. Exercise alone won't do it. Diet alone won't do it. Fasting and then not exercising and continuing to eat garbage WON'T DO IT. But all THREE together? Along with plenty of water, teaching Yourself how to cook ALL OVER again with yummy seasonings so You don't get bored, then adding ESSENTIAL SUPPLEMENTATION and EDUCATING YOURSELF with the knowledge to accomplish what I did, (cause I did this to be HEALTHY, not to be thin)...

that will do it. I GUARANTEE. No need to buy my product or anyone else's.

Now. You can't be a Junkfood Vegan and hope to get this done. I have seen some DANG ROTUND vegans out there, and they're bodies are in DANGER also, as FAT is inflammation which starves the cells of vital oxygen. Doesn't matter if it's fat from eating french fries. Put a garbage bag over Your head, hold it closed to get an EXACT idea of how Your cells feel about any kind of overeating or nutrition deprived food.

Okay. There's the secret. Being slender isn't a mystery, nor an exclusive club. It's not even will power as the good food decreases Your body's call for nutrition no matter from what LOUSY source You feed it, (that's why You get cravings). 

It's the faith in a new You that You've YET to meet. He/She is just up ahead. You don't need me or anybody to get close to the You You've always wanted to know.

HARNESSING THE GODDESS WITHIN

So much to share and so little time. Wanted to add to my FB journal about my first time doing an extended Water Fast, that today, 3 days after ending it, I felt FANTASTICALLY POWERFUL!!!! Not only did I lose my belly fat (I've become much more slender than even the photo of the BEAUTIFUL WOMAN here. Again, this is not a weight thang for me, but I admit, I'm LOVING IT!!! Who KNEW LIFETIME CHUBB ME could be a little thing? ^^) - not only did I lose that jiggle, but on that two day fast, (granted, at size 6 I didn't have much to lose - yet, it had been STUCK THERE for a YEAR now!!!) however, also? I ran today like I had WINGS on my feet, this morning!!! I felt AMAZING!!! Like I could do it again right now, or start adding an EXTRA MILE.


INCREDIBLE.


Definitely, those toxins weighed a TON inside my body, and You wouldn't even KNOW IT as You get used to having them there. My appetite is comfortably r-e-d-u-c-e-d, without me tryyyyying NOT to eat, making me want to eat SMALLER PORTIONS, AUTOMATICALLY. I used to pathetically, uselessly ENVY People who could eat like that. They DROVE ME NUTS! I thought they were gifted with Magical Discipline of STEEL. Nah. They just weren't hungry.


So fasting on the regular to keep myself CLEAR of the accumulating POLLUTION, (even though I'm Vegan, they poison EVERYTHING these days) - is going to be part of my scheduled HYGIENE. Cleaning my outside, cleaning my INSIDE, all naturally.


Why, I FEEL DIVINE, like a Goddess SHOULD. Come join me. It's Your DESTINY, not magical.

Well restricting the amount of GARBAGE to a smaller amount of GARBAGE won't do a THANG but make You want MORE - cause empty food is ADDICTING. Period.


Your body, after decades of this mess, is like a lopsided table, where it has learned how to walk with only one leg. You can't take away it's last remaining leg and expect it's going to add up to a running YOU.


Weight Loss, which is not merely artificial but HEALING as it reduces inflammation, the cause of ALL DEBILITATIVE DISEASES - it's not merely Shallow to yearn for a less bulky You, it's a vital part of healing. So to get a modicum of control, start out fasting. Not with coffee (a BRAIN KILLER), but with water and/or juices. When not fasting, don't have 1 slice of pizza where You used to have 2. Have a delicious vegetable medley with PLENTY of spices, tomato sauce and add LOTS of Nutritional Yeast. It's so yummy and because Your body is actually getting NUTRITION?


You'll feel satisfied with a much smaller portion.


Don't forget the FRUIT SMOOTHIES. OMG, but can those be JUST AS YUMMY AS ICE CREAM!!!


And then add the EXERCISE. Just 20 minutes, twice a day is sufficient. You'll drop down to a size that'll make You NEVER want to get out of the mirror. Plus that pesky side benefit of LIVING LONG ENUF to want to leave the mirror, e-v-e-n-t-u-a-l-l-y.


Even the Slender get bored starring at their reflection for too dang long.

MODERATION IN EVERYTHING?

We are the victims of a culture OUT OF BALANCE with logic, and WISDOM. Simply because Our Foe has whipped Us with LIES, TRICKERY and TAUNTS, We then use nursery rhymes Childishness to explain away Our LOSS of the ability to THINK for OURSELVES.


Like that r-i-d-i-c-u-l-o-u-s saying, "All things in MODERATION." Does that include Rattlesnake BITES? Or a cup of DRANO? How bout a moderate leap from a 20 story building? If You are an UNREASONING BRUTE then You hear a Cockamammie Statement such as that and use it to continue with the ADDICTIONS that KILL You, because they taste good. But Heroin makes You feel good, too. And any family member of a Heroin Addict would rationally argue with their loved one that there's no such thing as shooting up a little bit.


Thus, despite seeing the results ALL AROUND of consuming food given to Us by a people who lived in the most UN-PRODUCTIVE REGION OF THE EARTH - seeing Your Aunt going on meds, Your cousin, Your brother, Your CHILDREN scheduled to DIE years before YOU - despite that You continue to think a steak, or fried chicken is worth the agony of CANCER. Why You are so accustomed to the probability of an Overweight Early Death, You think getting colds, having pains, rashes, allergies, erectile dysfunction, and aging BADLY - is a NORMAL PART of LIFE!!!!

FASTING FOR REAL

This post is for those who are in the midst of Lousy Dietary Habits - even those You never KNEW were Lousy, which includes any foods that result in an IMBALANCE in Your system, forcing a correction by Your metabolism which IS THE ADDICTION! You will K-N-O-W Your food is HEALING when You can fast without feeling WHOOZIE. Whoozie-ness is a c-l-a-s-s-i-c sign of withdrawal that any junkie undergoes. This post is for YOU, who may HAVE NEVER FASTED OR ARE STILL EATING DEAD FOODS (meat, cheese, eggs, artificial ANYTHING, processed de-natured substances)...


Here on the first day of my 3 day fast and with me only in the first 6 hours? I FEEL FANTASTIC! Once Your body is satisfied with the nutrition You feed it regularly, it actually CRAVES a vacation. So, on top of feeling like eating is pretty unnecessary, today, I haven't gotten ravenously hungry AT ALL. A mild blip I felt about 11am, which lasted only 10 mins. I don't feel INVIGORATED, as I've been told comes the longer a fast endures, but I feel pretty Blissful.


Right now, my system is concentrating on cleaning out my digestive system. By tomorrow, it'll switch to a Ketosis state, where it gets it's energy from accumulated Fat Cells, but ONLY if I don't eat a single morsel of food. Not even drink a cup a tea.


Over the 3 years I've been Vegan I went from a size 22 to a now permanent 6, but I STILL have lumps and bumps that tell me, I was naturally meant to be a slender woman. All this time I thought I was THICK, but turns out I was wrong. But, I'm not TRYING to lose weight as I look attractive to my eyes as I am. HOWEVER, I AM aiming for a CLEAN OPTIMAL SYSTEM, along with the accompanying PEACE OF MIND and HARMONY that fasting brings.


On day 3 I'll add my fresh vegetable juices, but stir clear from any denser matter. It is best to consume only nutrients that which can be rapidly absorbed by my body. I won't take supplements until the following day. Juice fasts, which target the cleaning of specific organs or fixing particular debilitative dysfunctions are also WONDERFUL.


Thought I'd share, in case You were curious and feeling stuck with what will KILL YOU, eventually and PAINFULLY. Now, You don't have to be Vegan to start fasting, or even a Healthy Eater, as a Water Fast will Re-Balance ALL Your Metabolic indicators. Blood Pressure, Insulin Levels. It's what you do the day AFTER that will put You back in DANGER.


But once You've Fasted? You have STRENGTHENED Your ability to be as choosy about what You put INSIDE YOUR TEMPLE as You are about the People You surround Yourself with...

Well at first? This woman started out just as friendly. But a change came over her as my overall warmth and calm remained. Not large, but mildly perceptible. All to be CONFIRMED when my BOISTEROUSLY HAPPY SON came up with an peppy, "HI!" Can You imagine the kind of bitter heart it takes to not like a Happy Child? wow.

But her real Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde change came over her when my HUSBAND, tall, HANDSOME, COMPOSED, DIGNIFIED walked up also, with he and I conversing like We actually LOVE and LIKE EACH OTHER.

Man, I tell You! That woman had SMOKE comin' out of her rotating in their socket eyes. Or?
